*We are open 50 weeks per year, excluding bank holidays and Inset days. The nursery closes for 5 working days over Christmas and 5 working days in the first full week of August.

Fees – Please note that fees are reviewed every June and any increases implemented in September each year. Fees for Sept 2026 to August 2027 are below.
3 years+: £89 per standard day (£80.10 with 5-day discount) – funding available
2 to 3 years: £99 per standard day (£89.10 with 5-day discount) – generous funding available
9 months to 2 years: £112 per standard day (£100.80 with 5-day discount) – very generous funding available
Fees are due in advance with invoices being issued mid-month for the following month.

Fees are calculated based on the 50 weeks of the year that Montessori Moments is open, averaged into 12 monthly payments i.e. each invoice is for 50 weeks divided by 12.
Funded Places
We are able to claim the Early Years Educational Grant as set by London Borough of Greenwich and obviously this will see a considerable reduction in the quoted costs. As we are a year-round nursery, and the funding is only provided for 38 weeks of the year, funding is distributed across the whole year in order for monthly invoices to be consistent. Unfortunately we do not offer ‘term-time only’ placements. Childcare vouchers are accepted, along with payments from the Government Tax-Free Childcare scheme. Funded hours must include at least 1 afternoon session.
The value of funding from Royal Greenwich (from September ’26) is £15.61 per hour for under 2s, £11.34 per hour for under 3s and £7.27 per hour for over 3s. Again, this is payable for 38 weeks of the year and we stretch it across 12 months. Your hourly rate, x15 or 30 hours, x 38 weeks, divided by 12 months, will give you an idea of your monthly funding 🙂 We pass all of this funding on to parents and there are no extra charges for art & craft resources, trips, snacks, meals or fresh air 🙂
